On this tab, you can manage the properties of an advanced workflow step. The tab is divided into three sections:
•General
•Advanced
•Timeout settings
Note that some of the properties may not be available for certain types of steps.
This section allows adjusting the basic properties:
•Display name - name of the workflow step displayed in the administration interface.
•Allow reject - determines whether editors will be able to reject documents in this step.
•Allow direct publish - determines whether the option to move documents from this step through the rest of the defined workflow process to the Published step.
In this section, you can configure the text that appears on buttons moving documents to this step using the following settings:
•User action text - caption of the button.
•User action tooltip - text that will be shown when moving the mouse over the button.
Additionally, you can specify a Condition, based on which users will be allowed to approve or reject documents in this step.
In this section, you can define a timeout, which, after it expires, will automatically approve documents in this step.
After you define the timeout, select which way the workflow process should continue in the Leave through field.
Save all your changes using the Save button.
